AFTER DOWNLOADING RESOURCES then the GAME CRASHES

The game runs fine when downloading the resources. After the Resource Download is complete the game crashes 100% of the time. I have uninstalled 3 times and reinstalled! Which starts the resources download again. Please HELP!

You are not alone hahaha. Someone in my clan is having the same exact problem.

Same is happening to me after updating to 1.7 on my Samsung Galaxy S8 and Tab A.

I bet if I could turn off the update, it would run fine. as soon as it hits 100% the crash happens. I am guessing that there might be an issue with any Anit-Virus or Mal-ware Protection on the device stoping the update and thus the files are unreachable by the application. I do not know this for sure and only a guess. Also when you hit "SUPPORT" (in the image I posted from my phone) it seems if it is turned off and no message is ever sent to the Support Team! I have not heard from the DEVS regarding this issue or any reply from the support ticket I have done here! Please keep me posted if any of you find a fix!

Same problem for me. It works with BlueStacks on my PC, but after update my android phone keeps getting the "Unable to load part of resources" message.

New update crashes game 100% of the time. Refuses to load, and support tab does not work.

Same here, was working fine last night. Updated. And now unplayable because it cant  access all the resources.

Same issue for me stuck at 87% and uninstall then reinstalling does nothing.   Also submitted support ticket 24hr ago with no response.

I get to 30% before it spams me with this crap.. "Unable to load part of the resources.."


PLARIUM!!! Dont make crack. And then hold out on your customers!!

I have had the same issue and submitted a ticket in game.  The response I received was that there was a problem with the download either on my phone storage limit or WiFi connection and to reload the game.   Neither of those things were the case and I’ve tried everything to resolve with no Luck

Why have we still not received any news of them fixing this issue? It has been over 24 hours and no one has even acknowledged it. I open the game for a few seconds before it brings up the error message every time. Its unplayable and we haven’t so much as been told we are aware and working on it? Love the game but regret having spent any time or money on it at this point.

With you on that one wish I had never spent money on it since they wont even reply to my ticket or anything.

I think they must have just stopped replying to the tickets! I have submitted another 2 or 3 more times and it seems they are ignoring them. I have spent quite a lot of money on this game as well and is disappointing that they will not respond! I think they know what the issue is and are embarrassed to admit it. The in-game Support button will not send anything and seems to be broken. The problem might be older devices. I have a Samsung Note 5. The 1.7 patch might be incompatible with this device and others. It is pretty piss poor that the Devs and or Publisher are refusing to respond to their customers.
