These issues were happening prior to the update. I thought the iOS update might help, it didn’t. Crap still happening.

This is happening to me as well on an iPhone XS Max. 10+ clan boss keys, 2000+ energy and at least 20 arena coins. It blows my mind that this is happening so often.
If they would just put a reload option on the loading screen, it would solve the issue.

This is getting out of hand... the game is crashing more and more... In the last 3 days I have lost 12 arena keys, 6 clan keys and well over 2000 energy. You guys need to hurry up and fix this problem. Or at least give us something for this stuff up the keeps happening...
It's past being a joke.

Is this update targeted to fix the issues with iOS crashing constantly? I've opened 2 support ticket which were ignored and looked through several forum posts and there is not a singe post i can find with anyone from your org addressing the issues. This is crazy to me that a game developer can get away with having glaring issues but refusing to address the community.

The CM Valkyrie said in another thread about this issue: "Yes, sadly it's a known issue, and we’re working with the QA and dev teams to get it solved ASAP. This problem should be fixed in update 1.8, which will be released shortly. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience!"
So hopefully we'll get 1.8 soon for iOS.

1.8 will fix these issues, sadly we will never see 1.8 More false promises buy a company who only wants quick cash grab.

Same problem. Loads so far then freezes. Lost 400+ energy over last 3 days. No reply to ticket. Not the best way to keep a customer

Game still crashes on me while loading a dungeon for the first time. Happens on my iphone, ipad and bluestacks PC. I've sent them over 100 reports over the past weeks. You'd think they would have fixed it by now. Cost me a ton of energy and keys.

Game crashes when I try to play on "hard" mode. The first campaign is fine but the second one always crashes. Have sent in tons of reports, still not fixed.

This thread started May 2019, and till date (Sept 2019), it's still happening - never fixed esp. for iOS!

After the last update i can’t even connect to the game,tried different things ,nothing is helping ,spend a lot of money and hours for this game. Is there will be any result or i just need to accept that no one cares?

Just lost a clan key. Now I won't get that 3rd star. This is a long term issue, that really needs to be fixed, else I'll find another game.

Same here. Before last update, i had 0 problem. Now, only arena and sometimes campaign works. Lost 6 or 7 keys and impossible to farm the dungeons. It doesn t help to progress..... i made 4 tickets with screenshots and 0 answer. I m on a S10 + .....
