Game crashes. Resources lost

I I tried to send a in game support ticket and it says all fields need to be filled out. I filled out all the fields. Game keeps crashing alot and I'm losing resources. It crashes in battle and I dont receive any awards and it takes my resources. I would like to be compensated in some form.

I have also opened a ticket as well. Game crashes almost every battle now. I have lost 3 clan keys, 100s of Energy, and dungeon rewards. I have a Samsung note 8.

I have cleared caches and reinstalled the game.

I have spent over $200 on your game and I have only been playing for a limited amount of time. Suppose to get my 5 week reward after reset. 

I would also like to be compensated. 

Please fix this issue. Thanks

So, I don't know if you both are still looking at this thread but i was experiencing the same exact problem. 


After losing 1 clan boss key, and about 200 energy since it started. I finally think I figured out the issue.


I swapped my in-game settings to a 60 FPS limit, and reduced the graphics down to the lowest setting. 


The game was not choppy, so I didn't even think to try this originally, but the game now runs smoothly for me, and the crashing has gone from every other dungeon, to non-existent so far.


Maybe give that a try? The overall drop in quality is barely noticeable all things considered, and it runs much smoother.

Having the same issue, everything set to the lowest settings and every other run crashing.  Put in multiple tickets and still no word.  Getting to the point where deleting the game is going to be the best option

Ive had the lost clan key and probably energy  to, that hadn't a couple of days ago. Its OK saying take a screen shot but sorry for me when that happened you would of obtained zero information. It came up with the blue rotating sign for loading then it popped up with retry or login again after hitting retry a few times I done the login it that failed. I had to stop the game process and restart the game again and it loaded and when I went back to the clan boss my key had gone. I've had this problem since your latest main patch but never realised it was taking stuff ie energy or keys if I was doing a dungeon. Does the game create logs when it can login if so gladly send you one of them.

Game was running fine, then after this latest update, game won’t launch at all, just a black screen for 2 seconds then back to the phones home screen. Plenty of memory and storage space, i phone 6s. Any ideas?

My game crashes immediately. Can’t even log on. Any idea when this will be fixed?

This issues is still happening as of today. I have also invested 200$ + in game pretty frustrating loosing keys, energy and boss loot due to crashes

I lose about 6 or 7 keys a week due to crashing. As soon as the boss screen loads the game freezes. I've opened tickets and gotten an automated response that doesn't even try to address the issue. The one thing the automated response is clear about is that plarium doesn't reimburse on a case by case basis. Funny that. Offering no help with a further promise to not help. Maybe "Support" doesn't mean what I thought it meant.
