I was also banned for something I did not do and support could only tell me that they could not reverse the ban. Would not even show me what they said I had done. Said I asked for a refund, but I have never asked for a refund. You all are right, support may answer but they have no answers, worthless.

This happened to me too. They said I had bought champions (shards) and then ask for a refund. It took 3 days days but was resolved.
