This player has been spamming this message in chat once every second for at least the last 10 minutes.  How is there no moderation for this kind of shit?  I mean seriously? Is it that hard to have a system that detects if someone is sending a hundred messages in a minute?  I also shouldn't have to come here to report someone for this, just have an option for it in game.

Edit: Now over 25 minutes and still going strong.

Edit 2: Now well over an hour and this is still going.

Edit 3: 3 freakin hours now... this is ridiculous.

EDIT 4: THIS ASSHOLE IS STILL GOING 14 HOURS NOW AT LEAST

Edit 5: Upon joining the discord and reporting this person there, I have found that they have been doing this for at least a week now.  And it even started with rascist stuff.  It is completely unacceptable for this account and others like it to not be banned immediately.
