I can't seem to find a way to actually file a ticket.

I am  unable to figure out for the life of me why I was chat banned today. I said little, I don't violate the ToS, and the people I was conversing with in 42 couldn't figure it out. I stated something simply incorrect. I corrected myself as it's been a long day and I was tired, and that was it.  The only thing I can think of is I used an emoji at the end of that sentence. :-P or :-) I don't remember which. 

A week ban seems a bit excessive? Is a review a pipe dream?
