Just a little bit ago I tried to chat and it stated I am banned from chat due to a terms of use violation until 4/7/2020 1:22:26AM. I do not understand what I could have done wrong. I don't talk in chat very often as I have only been playing the game for 6 days. Most of my time spent in chat was talking to people about clans and trying to find one until I created my own. Today I asked a couple times in chat if anyone needed clan. I cannot see how anything I said was a terms of use violation. Date of ban was 4/2 somewhere between 6:00PM and 9:00PM central standard time. I never received any sort of warning.

Please help.
