Hello guys! I've been banned for more then two week for "too many refunds". These purchases were made by my daughter without me being aware of it, without my permission.

I've spent a considerable amount of money on this game in just a months time. Shes just a kid who made a mistake. In addition, if you look at my purchases it was made from google play, and if you guys look into these refunds purchases they were made from paypal/desktop. I hope this explanation helps. And now I'm banned for 2 weeks and I wont be able to. On top of missing out on current events I was going for and my raid pass. This is a very unpleasant experience from a customer and has supported your game with a lot of money - please advise
