Account locked after buying Pass!

Hello, I bought the new pass then promptly lost connection after retreiving the rewards, I bought the gold. I then kept failing to login with errors saying server issues then 30 minutes later I get hit with a banned message due to technical difficulties. Banned until the 14th.....WTF I just spent 30 dollars then I am punished for it by losing precious time to do the dailies I just opened with the pass!!!??"

Exactly the same happened to me, I am on a multiple days ban as well. This is extremely frustrating.

Yep got the same... yesterday i played now i get an error with msg i got banned 🙄 i even didnt do anything wrong. Way the go plarium treat your playerbase this way 😡

Not only banned for 6 days but you are still taking money for the silver pass when will this stop and when will we get a real response instead of an automated response on the support tickets we submit
