I still cannot communicate with my clan. No ‘Chat Ban’ warning. Just nothing in chat. This is becoming infuriating as I can’t communicate with my clan. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same happens to me. The ban is lifted. I can speak in global chat but I can't chat with my clan mates. No error is shown, just no message.

Same here, ban was lifted, but still can't speak in my clan. 

Another person in my clan was banned for 1 week, he waited, ban was lifted yesterday and he got ban again moments later for another week.

The bot responsible needs to be put down. This is getting ridiculous. 

Same issue with me . Chat banned for no fathomable reason . I can now chat in global , which I don't care that much about , but still not in my own clan , which is in the top 100 and I am the leader of . To me it would seem to be a simple fix , get rid of whatever silly " flag " your auto-banner is using that is causing this problem , and fire or reprimand whoever put it in there and thought it was a good idea . Should take about 5 minutes tops .
