Does anyone know why I dont have a button to use a promo code? Is there some kind of error with the game or what

currently disabled on iOS, should work everywhere else. 

I am a brand new player, never installed the game before. Promo code Superpowers just says processing and then nothing,

wtf. I just made a new account to fix my mistake the first time around and no code is working. I even made a new email for the account

I have made a few new accounts now and its doing the same things. says processing when you enter a promo code and it does nothing

cmon fix this. Some of us give you money to play. so frustrating that I cant use codes for a fresh account. 

game breaking? maybe not. but good luck enticing others to play your game when this is broken

The stuff randomly showed up after i played a little while

I started in the game yesterday and I've tried LADYQUN, FIRESTARTER and they all say 'This promo code is for New players only' I only started yesterday and I've only progressed to level 6 why do I not count as a new player?

I am curious, we have dozens of youtube raid pages and every last one of them makes a post every week and its always the same stuff. FInally got a new code but its for newbs. Why is that the old players always get shafted when it comes to codes. Hell even the newbs can only use one new players code. The non stop mooching money of us gets old but if we to put up with that maybe start giving us worthwile stuff

I literally Just downloaded the game and created my account, I typed In the new promo codes and it's saying that this promo code is for new players. I'm a new player never played the game before so what's the point of the code if it's not working? Very disappointed in this

Not to mention for my friends who actually got a code to work can only enter 1 code. Then it says you have to wait 24 hours. You have all these new promo codes for new starters but we can't access all of them at most three before the 72 hour new player period is up.

i even created a new account with my Facebook to try it and with my Apple ID and it's always the same thing. So if the code does not work for new players what's the point of it saying for new users only. Not to mention i see others complaining about the same thing but yet to solution or comments from the plarium team to assure answer or fix the issue. Honestly the team it a let down and I know a lot of people who are turning away because of this lack of responses or solution

Was this a brand new account, code used within first 72 hours?

eveyr single code i use no matter what one on a brand new account keeps saying "you already used this code of this type before" i havent even used any 

If you've already had a raid account before, or on that device, it will say this. New Player Codes are for New Players.

Is this a brand new account for a new player on a device that has never had raid?

I just tried the 'GETDELIANA23' code and it says already redeemed but I have not received the rewards

If you've never had an account before, nor used on Raid on that device, I would advise opening a Support Ticket in game by clicking your PfP, then Info, then Support.

New player here I was able to redeem one code for new players(right after I registered and finished tutorial) and than I had to wait 24h and after that time I wasn't able to redeem any code even those ones for all players can anyone help???

I only getting message: "Error this code can only be redeemed once" even tho I didn't use it 

So I just started playing the game yesterday and I redeemed John Trons code and got the character then it told me to wait 24 hours then I can redeem another code but when I put in another code (it has been 24 hours) it's says that "Sorry, This promo code can only be redeemed once" even tho Its a fresh code am I just stupid and is there something missing? Or is there something genuinely wrong?

I installed today less than 3 hours ago and I'm getting "this is for new players only".
