Hey there! The problem might be that Raid has previously been installed on your device, in this case these promo codes wouldn't work, unfortunately. 

Invalid means you don't meet the qualifications for the code. It says expired if the code no longer works. 

Only one of them worked for me on day 1, but they do still work. Your account no longer meets the requirements for them. This could be the number of days you've been playing but more likely you are too high of a level in the game. 

Playing for the first time and cant redeem POWERSTARTER?

You guys know why it doesnt let me redeem any codes. It keeps saying I already used this type of code which is Raid22ya2 but i never used it, same thing happens to other codes. It wont let me I dont know what to do.

I started playing 3 weeks ago didnt know about all the free codes now I cant access any codes as im now not considered a new player... Nice work

Hi folks. Unfortunately the new account promo codes are for accounts less than 72 hours old. Sorry you weren't able to redeem them.

There will be more codes in the future though! So hopefully keep an eye on the forums.

My account is brand new, less then 4 hours and the codes still doesn't work, i have played raid more than one year ago during days, and now i can't use the codes?

Unfortunately that is correct, if you've played it before you can't use new player codes on the same device. 

Same issue over here. Literally just installed it for the very first time from an offerwall to get a few gems in another game and yet I cant use any "New Player" codes at all. Says I need Plarium Play or it's restricted to Plarium Play users only.

I got the link, followed it, installed raid, promised link rewards gone and apparently you cant get them because its our fault. Like its almost setup to make you fail. Try and get installed and ready to go and you lose the rewards... or even if you do it right. Im becoming wary of spending money. Sent in a ticket 9 days ago when I didnt get rewards. They said a ticket was submitted and they would contact me back. Im begining to think they are just ignoring me. Been REALLY patient. Like an ad a minute, ok fine its f2p. Reneg on incintives, huh. Thought it was a good time to join. Much regret.

first time playing on pc legit 1 minute fresh account nd superpowers not working:(

I was directed by the game to join prime for a promo code.

Joined prime, got code & I can't even type the code in!

My account is a days old, but the same problem. Nothing happens when I enter any unused code.

On the first try  I got some error message. On the FAQ page it says they are experiencing some issues because of overcrowded servers. Now, if the new player codes expire in 72 hours, this will really suck. I need that Deacon and was counting on him as support. So already spent some money.

I litterally just created a new Raid account, I even went as far as creating a new play store account, to start a new game with the SUPERPOWERS promo code, only did the tutorial (because you are forced to)  and guess what? It says "You've entered a Promo Code that is valid only for new players". WTF is that about?

I'm a new player trying to use codes for NEW players, yet it keeps telling me they're only valid to new players. I don't see why it won't work or let me use it. 

I've started playing yesterday and I have only claimed the promo code "LADYQUN" and now I cannot claim any other new player code.

I started less than a week ago and only learned of promo codes yesterday. I tried redeeming 2 legendary codes today and it says I'm not a new player. I've never previously played or installed this game and I am so upset at missing out on multiple legendaries meant to help me.
