Password reset email not being sent. support being useless

i've submitted multiple password reset emails from plarium via plarium play desktop app for my main account. all support could do was ask for information that i can only get from within my account (nice one there genius), i have also submitted 2 pictures of proof of my purchases from google store for both raid and mech arena, and they just aren't remotely able to listen to what i want from them.


i literally just want them to unlock my account and send me the password reset email that i've requested multiple times over the last 2 days. how hard can that be?!!?! i've got proof of email being that i'm emailling from the account that they've locked; i've sent proof of purchase, they claim my nickname doesn't exist and yet i've sent a picture proving that it is the nickname for my plarium account.... i have no idea what else i can possibly do...... anyone with a semblance of sense able to help?

update; support drone got back to me asking for a different picture because my receipt was for mech arena (SAME GOD DAMN PLARIUM ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!) even though in both the pictures i already sent; RAID is clearly visible only 2 payments before (infact atleast 4 purchases from RAID are visible) support from this company are a joke.

having the same issue, they said they reset the status of my email on their end (whatever that means) and asked me to try again, of course it didn't work the 20th time i tried


Had similer issues talking to support, seems like they never actually do anything and just talk through how it's problem on your end entirely your fault

ha-ha, they even answering emails?! I did 3 tickets and cant even recieve an answer xD

Hi,

When did you open your tickets? Have you checked all your possible folders in your email?

ofc i checked :) ~5 apr 2024 was fitst ticket. Last two was week ago

Hello.

I also try already some days to get an email receiving by the 2-Factor Login. This kind of Emails will still not arrived me. But the Support (zendesk) Emails all arrived me. After many tries, they tell me, my email is not valid. I play many Years with this Email-Account. 

And ya, i send purchase Screenshots, told them big events, told them the last Support Contacts... 

But nothing happened. They now want to know which time i startet to play. Wow after many Years, i dont have the first email.... Why not send me an account Email reset by this Zendesk email then?! Hm...

Hello.

I have been trying for the last 3 days to reset my password for my secondary account, but haven't recieved any communication other than the auto message saying support is busy. When reset on this account the reset came through straight away and yet nothing for my second, not even a support ticket has been sent through.
