Hello, I began playing Raid on 19th or 18th of July, and now I have done 7 days of gameplay, I saw that there was the option to receive Deliana character before 18th July but I cannot see Deliana in my champions page or on the new players reward, only Shaman, is this a glitch or I am ineligible to receive Deliana because I am a new player?

If I'm understanding correctly, you attempted to claim her after the 7th day and you can't find her? Have you checked your mailbox, perhaps your tavern is currently full?
Otherwise, you're going to want to contact support and have them look into it if you believe there's been an error of some kind.

Hi I also contacted the support team twice, and apparently there is a hidden deadline on the 20th of July, which is totally a sketchy move since today was supposably be my 7th day of logging in.
