I  woke  up  3  days  ago  unable  log  in  to  my  account  "  account  doesn't exist"

I  created  a  tickets  and  was  told  to  summit screenshot  of  my  Google  Play  Parments  with  the  GPA  #;  I  did.    The  first  two  eamil  seem  like  someone  is  trying  to  help.

Today ,  I  received  this  message:

Why  have  a  support  team  and  asked  for  information  if  they  not  going  to  do  anything?    I  have  put  in  $1000  on
