so my account was banned, for "investigation" cause as they told me in the first email they thought someone was trying to access my account and blocked it to save me, i told them, that it was accessed from a different region, by a streamer to help me with Doom Tower, and on the message i pressed "it was me" ive sent them the purchase photos they wanted that its my account, and its been 3 days and no one is answering my emails. its frustrating, having an end game account spent so much money on this game and the plarium doesnt want you to play. i lost the plat push, i probably dropped on 3v3 im missing daily grind/CB and they dont even mind to answer my emails.
