It's been 5 days with since the last response from Plarium. Can someone please help.

How did it get stolen after sharing the video?  The share was just a link to a video.  Were you asked for any other details while sharing?

No it just happened few hours later. I'm Not sure that it is connected.But been playing For 2.5 years and it happened then.

Sorry to hear that.  Hopefully Plarium can assist.  Out of interest sake, did you have 2 factor authentication on your account?  When someone tries to log in they should be prompted to enter a code that would be sent to your registered email before giving them access.  

Also, speaking of email, have you tried to recover the account by going to "forgot password" and following the steps to reset the credentials?

Initially They stole my email As well, but I managed to at least get it back with the help of the provider.

Moved to account issues. Seems to be resolved now.

+1 for enabling 2 Factor Authentication the next time you log in.
