Eight days

After five days trying to solve it, and plarium give back the account level 0 that i created when i was hacked (yes), i received a message from other supporter, who said he would transfer me to another support. After three days waiting for the message of the other support and received nothing, i decided to open a new ticket, this is my last try, this is disrespectful, i feel like i'm begging attention from the support, who seems to don't care for the players.

These tickets aren't being lost and have priority, according to our conversation with the CMs. Support is working on them as fast as they can.
