Eight days
After five days trying to solve it, and plarium give back the account level 0 that i created when i was hacked (yes), i received a message from other supporter, who said he would transfer me to another support. After three days waiting for the message of the other support and received nothing, i decided to open a new ticket, this is my last try, this is disrespectful, i feel like i'm begging attention from the support, who seems to don't care for the players.
