Locked out of account
Last Monday (10/18/2021) I was locked out of my account. I used the support feature that pops up as an option during failed log-ins on mobile and recieved an automated message informing me to try a handful of options. When none of them worked, I sent my account name through the same window that the automated message came from, just as it seemed to ask me to do if nothing worked. I have gotten no reply and was never given a ticket number.
My account name is Crazy Shady, and I am willing to provide proofs of any of my many purchases to prove the account is mine.
I would greatly appreciate a response, as I do not wish to start over. Thank you.
