@Mugu  nope nothing yet. I responded to their email within a hour hoping to catch someone live. But that was at 5 am. No response yet.

I'm looking at the problems folks have had. I wasn't hacked as far as I can tell yet I still haven't been able to logon since the 14th. I was farming spiders overnight and when I got up in the morning I was banned: investigation, contact support. I have  with very minimal luck. Of course I got the auto response, but then after a couple days I was asked for nickname and plarium id which I provided and the nI got a respone saying they couldn't find it with that info so I sne everything backagain. Screenshots, info, purchase history, etc. and that was 5 days ago with no response. I'm pissed. I should never have spent money on a mobiloe game. Guess I learned my lesson the hard way. Problem is, I really do love this game, problems and all.

5 days is a long time. We have elevated this issue to the CMs. We will continue to advocate on your behalfs. Send me your ticket number if you can, and I will touch base about it just like I did with some others,

It seems that there isn't support on weekend. Very profesional.

They have a small group of support that continues to work through the weekend.

The Support is completely overwhelmed .... sorry 

After 7 days you are not able to restore my Account? I tell you again , that my Email Account was saved.  The hack happend in YOUR PLARIUM PLAY SERVERS ...

Shows me never again spend Money to your game .... also most of my Clan members will not 

I am Done with this good game with a Terrible  Support

It's also not been said enough, but WE weren't hacked. I know I wasn't. Plarium was hacked and yet I doubt there will be much compensation for lost time or resources. WHERE'S THE SECURITY? I don't like losing my consecutive days logging in. Don't like losing my progress in the Doom Tower.
I know I'm singing to the choir... Guess I'm too compulsive (see how I avoid trigger words?) for this.

they got hacked not we... i'am disapointed... finaly some fragments events and i can't play, they wont compensate us for this... :(

They weren't hacked, not that I know of. Support is just under a heavy load right now.

Also, there's a pinned thread now. For Harbby and I to keep an eye on things and help you guys get resolved, we're gonna try and keep all the recovery posts to that thread now.
