Hacked from Taiwan

My account was locked for suspicious activity from an attempted log in over seas. Now my login attempts just take me to a starter account. I have an active raid card subscription on Google Play. Support ticket I opened just spit back an automated response. Asked for further assistance 12 plus hours ago.

The exact same thing happened to me, I lost my account (jorgehmm), and I had it associated with Plarium ID with my gmail account.

When trying to login to Plarium it said that my gmail account was not linked.

And when trying to access with the facebook account, it has generated a new account for me, instead of accessing my existing one.

Overall, I have lost my RAID account that I had for a year.

Do you know if there is any way to get it back?

Same thing happened to me.

It now says no account matching this email address.

I opened a support ticket and no response what so ever.

anybody any idea how long they normally take to resolve issues?

The investigation is usually becuase your account was logged into again from an unusual location. Support had a national holiday, then the weekend, please expect to start hearing back from them on Monday. I know that's a bit you had to wait, but at least your account is locked down and whoever hacked it cannot get in.

Also, I just moderate, so unfortunately I cannot speed the support process up. If I could, I would for you.

I'm fine with waiting a while as long as I know help is forthcoming. Thanks for the update. Much appreciated. Not knowing, and the community response of. Well you've probability lost your account. Is what has made this an issue more than anything.

I have had a response from the support team. Took them about 3 days to reply to the support ticket

Very same story. Was hacked today from Taiwan just after the last Plarium Play update. Support answered with asking me to provide additional "coordinates" of my account whatever it means. Have send second time my ID and some screenshots. Have backed up logs for any cases. Waiting...

same thing happened to my friend.  she has sent several tickets but they ask for "form" info.  she has played a year with me and this stinks.  has anyone had luck getting their account re-linked with their original email?

I got the same. On new account I can see my normal - via "Clan". It is still there... but I cant access.

And support is on holiday?

I've got my account back. Thanks all the support team. And thank God that I've made back up of logs. Recommend all players to turn on two-factor authentication for the time being.

Two factor is SO IMPORTANT.

As is changing all your passwords when there is a huge data breach like Twitch had a week or two ago.

Someone hacked my account and changed my email so that the game now will not recognize my email to log in. I have sent several requests reset my email to the original email and reset my password, but I only get robo responses that are not helpful. I had to make another account just to post this because my original email is not recognized now. The hacker appears to be based in Taiwan. Plarium sent me an auto alert email middle of the night of someone logging in from Taiwan, but I can't get a response from them now to reset the email and restore the account.
