I started playing 3 days ago. The ninja event is advertised as running until Oct 15th. I will receive my 7th day hero on the 13th which is before the event end,  so why does my in game reward show that it will be shaman?

Edit: I also should note that I opened a ticket in game to inquire about this and only received a generic response that did not at all address the question.
