unfair account ban

My account is banned. The reason is "Devils market". But I've never used that.

Why was my account banned? It's a mistake!

Please investigate the situation and find out the solution because I've played with my account and now clan war!

The support team didn't describe why that happened, only said that they will not give an answer more by this question! 

I have not violated Plarium rules

Please help!

This  happened  this  morning  after  the  server  restarted  7:00am  central  time  zone      I  created  this  account  on  my  iPad  and  have  not  gone  to  any  so  called  "Devils  Market".    I  asking  to  have  my  account  restored  as  i  have  paid  for  transaction  in  the  game  shop      to  enjoy  this  game      I've emailed  the  support  team  but  to  no  avail      Please  advise

i  have  submitted  two  ticket  to  the  link  you've mention    i  have  not  received any  reply  other  than  the  standard  generated  reply from  the  player  suppot  team:

Are you choosing the Feedback option?

It needs to be Game Account Access under the Category drop down.

They just keep sending the same message without any communication.

The same problem, ban for "nothing", I'm shocked((

Must I do video of creating of account?  it's crazy! But I've created and owner of my account and I want to continue game. Please help!

I have got answer from the support team. 

They said that selling, buying, trading, or exploiting for commercial purposes any part of the game is prohibited. This is their conclusion, so they will not continue to answer me. 

But I know it! I have not violated these rules and I follow all Plarium rules! So I want to unban my account. I need help. What do I need to do? How I can help you?

Susen and Fear, it seems you are the same person posting for different accounts?

For everyone else, all requests for unbannings due to trading/selling/gifting accounts have to go through the support team only. The link is above. I'm closing this topic since we have some identical user deleted posts from two different accounts.
