Approvement of Advertiser needed to complete offer

I don't know if this is the correct place to post this, but I don't know where else I should do it.

My problem is as follows:

I originally only started Raid because of an offer in another game (picture 4, I don't know why they are in the wrong order now), the one that's highlighted in red as "Today's Best", which entails opening 2 orange shards within 15 days.

I accepted that offer on the 5th of September and downloaded Raid from the Google Play Store, opened your app and played a little, turns out I enjoy it afterall. On that same evening I purchased the premium version of the "Sacred Shards Pack" for 43,99€ (picture 2, note that I only took the screenshot today), as it contains the orange shards that I require for the offer, there's also the receipt-email I've gotten from Google Play (picture 3).

I then claimed the purchased items from my Inbox and made sure to check if the offer in the other game got updated and could track my progress (seemed to be fine), I then opened the two orange shards, (both champions were epics, "Jotun" and "Siegehulk", if anyone is curious).

Since I opened the two orange shards, I should have fulfilled the requirements for the offer, but it didn't track my progress (WHY?!), I even gave it some time, but it didn't update, so I've clicked the link at the bottom of the offer (picture 1), thus sending a customer-support-ticket (ticket #9330283) to the intermediary between you and the other game, their automated response was that my ticket "has been reviewed and cannot be approved as the advertiser did not confirm your completion as valid."

...

Do you mind confirming it, as I already fulfilled the necessary requirements?
