I've played the game for quite some time utilizing the same account on pc, mac, and phone. I had stopped playing for awhile and loaded it up on my phone today only to met with the intro / tutorial. I went through it because I figured I could link my actual account afterwards.

However trying to login/link provides an error of "This Plarium ID is already connected to another Raid account. Create a new Plarium ID to protect this account." 

I don't know how my id is linked to a different account but I am sure I didn't do it as this is the ONLY Plarium game that I play. 

Please help me recover my account as I will NOT be starting over from scratch, I'd rather wash it all away if it comes to that.
