I've been trying to get through to the support team for nearly a week but i don't feel any closer to access my account. I log in via my Plarium ID which i have been told is connected to the correct account but whenever I try to log in it goes to a lower level account that I never intended to make. I feel all that needs to be done is for someone to go in and delete this lower level account from my ID but no one is responding to my emails
