Purchased Silver Monthly card and got ripped off from my previous purchase

Hello hopefully I putting this in the right place, not sure where to post this and keep getting only automated responses on the support ticket

I bought a $50 pack that gave me alot of multi runs, over 200, and then a thing popped up for the silver monthly card which said it would give me an additional 70, we was leaving and I figured I could leave it playing while we took my grandpa to the doctor... nope.. instead it took all of my previous mutli-runs and gave me only 70.

I feel cheated and am reaching out to find away to have this fixed or my account compensated in away, and perhaps maybe change the wording in the game so people know it'll take all of your multi-runs...

Your  best  bet  is  to  respond  to  one  of  the  support  emails  or  wait,  a  real  person  will  reach  out  to  you.  Today  was  a  holiday  in  the  Ukraine  so  their  responses  might  be  delayed.
