2nd account will not log in

I have a second account that i play on my i phone  when i try to log in  a screen  saying get a personalized experience comes up and locks my account at that point i have tried removing and reinstalling and everything i know what to do with no good results   i have tried for the past two weeks to try and log in but no luck  my account number for the locked account is UM76399436  82053960  anything you could do to help would be appreciated as i have invested money on that accoun t also and have been very discouraged due to this being beyound my control and not my fault

iOS final solution for all those impacted.  They just need to turn the feature off at the phone level.

Settings/Privacy/Tracking/Allow Apps to Request to Track: Turn this off.

Once they turn this off and reload they should be square.
