Stuck on Get A Personalized Experience Screen

Game will not load. I am on a VPN, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Stuck on the screen to ask to track data, gives me no option to opt out or even continue, as the continue doesn't work either, simply stuck on this screen.

I  am  locked  out  of  Raid  since  Wednesday,  June  9th.  When  the  game  loads  I  get  a  pop  up  asking  for  a  personal  experience and  to  give  Raid  permission  to  track  me  in  other  apps.  That  pop  up  cannot  be  removed.  The  continue  icon  does  nothing  and  there  is  no  other  way  to  close  the  pop  up.

A  new  Fusion  has  started  and  i  cannot  play  the  game  to  get  the  fusion  activities  done.

Having the exact same issue.  The "Get a Personalized Experience" popup appears when launching game and pressing the "Continue" button does nothing and game will not load.  I did just update App to 4.30.3 and this is the first time I have tried to log on since.

I  am  sorry  for  not  responding  sooner,  this  should  work!  

iOS final solution for all those impacted.  They just need to turn the feature off at the phone level.

Settings/Privacy/Tracking/Allow Apps to Request to Track: Turn this off.

Once they turn this off and reload they should be square.
