I deleted my Dutchess Lilith back in the days, when i tried to stop playing game....
I returned back recently and want to keep playing it.
Would it be possible to restore the hero on the account or roll it back to the period, when i had it?

You wont find developers on this forum, mods and in best case community managers.
Either way, to answer your question, support handles issues like this, they hold the sole power of "manipulating" player accounts. And to add to that, you most likely wont have your request accepted, since its your own undoing. However, feel free to try.

Off note. If you re not enjoying the game or activity, I think you should gather strength just flat out quit it, rather than conditioning yourself by making it even less enjoyable (ruining account in hopes it wont entice you anymore). Or at very least, find a good measure for it; you think some events or features are tedious? Dont do it then, focus on things you enjoy about the game.
