Ai submit a ticket to support but nobody reply
Hello, today, I've been banned for no reason, can you please help? I use an Huawei p40 pro and "Gspace" app in order to have acces to google play services. Could that be the reason for ban?
I just made 2 purchase, error from Google Play apears and boom after 2 min, ban....
Hello, sorry that you have this issue. Refund abuse is detected automatically and may not work properly at the times. You should do what you did, (contact support via support ticket) and wait for response. Note that replying to your unanswered ticket just puts it back at the bottom of the queue, so patience is the key.

Hello, If i send you PM with screenshot with my payment can you check it and unban my account please? I DID NOT refund any payment. I think the ban comes from error google play or some issue with transaction
Only support handles payment issues, case by case. So as we discussed in PMs, you should write a ticket.
