Got the response, apparently your inbox must have been overflowing with artifacts and other things. Keep in mind that your inventory can hold no more than 300 items and anything you receive over those 300 items will simply be lost.
So please feed those 2 star chickens or sell artifacts you dont need so you can free up your inbox. :)

If u check ur system i think u can trace it back or something cuz theres quite alot of exp boost i have not used and i remember its a 1500 energy pack.
Support already checked and they confirmed all lost items are due to the overflow. I can ask them them one more time if you want but I think we ll come to the same conclusion
Yeah can you ask them another time as my those things are way before any storage overflow. It doesnt make sense that a storage overflow will delete the items that are already there in the first place. Its already almost 2 months old whereas my artifacts are placed later than the store purchases. The storage for those items are 99 days and only 50 smth days has passed. If just because my items are full, and you delete the store purchases for me without asking of permission then i think you guys need to fix that as it only happened after the update.
