Neither does mine. It keeps resetting. Must be a glitch with the upgrade?

I cant get into my game anymore it keeps saying something is wrong reload the page

Seems we're all having the same issue. If you try to load the game and when it loads and says something went wrong, look at the bottom, you'll see support. Take a screenshot first then click support, choose I have a different problem and send in a ticket. Explain it all and add the screenshot. They may not respond but at least we all tried.

I have the same problem in germany. Diffrent Browsers and diffrent Settings (HTML5)

bis jetzt weiß ich noch nix. Habe aber den Support angeschrieben.

Ich hoffe das auch trotz Weihnachten geholfen wird.

I have the same message pop up when trying to load Klonike, The Lost Expedition game.

It took them many days but they finally fixed my issues.. send support a ticket.. they will help..

Hallo, leider finde ich keine Möglichkeit den Support anzuschreiben. Jedenfalls nicht für Klondike, welchen Support nehmt Ihr da ? Scheint alles nur für die anderen Spiele zu sein. Ich kann im Chat nicht mehr schreiben, weil ich angeblich zuviele Nachrichten an andere Spieler gesendet habe. Da steht, wenn man sich keiner Schuld bewußt ist ( steht natürlich in anderen Worten dort) soll man sich beim Support melden - ICH  WEISS ABER NICHT WELCHER Support. Kann mir bitte jemand helfen ? Das wäre klasse. 

I cannot load Klondike at all so I cannot see support button on my screen. I have 2 laptops, both don't work. Waited for 10 hrs try again but no good.
