To elaborate further. My player ID's are completely different and none of my stuff is on the PC

I started raid on my phone and it took me through the initial animation and started anew game, i then logged on with my email and it took me back to my account using which i have been playing for more than 2 months. i suppose once you link your account with an email it should remember , if not it will assume you are a new user.

can i link my pc acc to use it on mobile aswel,can you help with that

If you make your account via other means instead of making plarium account. Make sure you link your old and actual account to plarium rather than starting anew on the plarium account. Once you associate your account with plarium login then you should be able to move across all platforms.
