So I have an account on my phone. Saw that I can play on the Plarium app and went a head an installed the app and lunched the game. Once I logged in to the acccount it started over. When I am on my phone with the same account it is the same level as I left it level 20ish. Do I have to do something to link the accounts so I can play the same account on the PC?
I am having the same issue.
My account is correctly loaded on my Phone and iPad, using Facebook Sign In, although on PC, I also connect using my Facebook account and I cannot load my progress.
You have to create a plarium account from the mobile by associating your current account to that plarium account, once it is done, you enter from the PC using the account you created from the mobile

You can add a new account in Plarium Play launcher, by clicking on the options in the lower left corner, where you see your main account propic. I hope this will help you.

@Valdys That is a terrible idea. Create the account from the PHONE/TABLET before even touching the Plarium Play App.
I created an account on the PC app, and it started FROM SCRATCH, I then went to my Tablet in order to "Sync"...... My User ID got unlinked from my tablet and because I logged in with the Account I created on my PC my ACCOUNT is pretty much in limbo and I cannot Access it by any means.
Plarium Support answered my email ONCE and they sent me to the "password recovery" page.
