Unable to change the email on an account, multiple support tickets sent without response
Hello, I have been attempting to change my email address associated with my account. When the account was initially created it was made with the incorrect email. I have been attempting to change the address utilizing the Plarium Agent however when I do change it I cannot get the email to stay corrected. I have submitted 3 tickets on this item without any resolution or response. Please assist me with this.
