In the midst of finishing an Arena battle my mobile app reset as a brand new account.  Got home and logged on through Plarium.com on my laptop.  My account is technically there but multiple champions are missing their equipment, some of them had their ranking changed and I still dont know the full extent of the damage. I've played this game almost every single day for over a year.  I will be distraught if I lose all of this progess and lose the ability to play on the mobile app.  Please help.
