Hello, so like 2 weeks ago i got kicked from my account, i have tried everything to go back on but it seems to not be working for me.

Account was lvl 65 and was linked to Facebook.

Im not sure if someone hacked it or idk.

When i go to plarium play and press login trough facebook  and then i press forget password i get password reset email on my mail, but when i reset the password and login im in some kind of new lvl 17 day 2 account?

Is it possible to have 2 accounts linked to fb? Have i messed up? 

I have spent well over 1 000 eur on this account and i can prove all my transactions...

I have purchased goods with credit card on my phone and also with paypal...

Please help ive been playing this game for over a year...
