I have also experienced this issue with lost account after the game stopped loading. I uninstalled them reinstalled and the game didnt retain any files. Essentially starting me from scratch. Is there anything that can be done to recover the account without a Palarium or Facebook account?

I just lost mine as well. Don’t have either until now but still waiting on getting my account back. Was at the portal doing a sacred shard it kept loading then kicked me out of the game. When I loaded back in it started me from the beginning.
