Greetings! 

I am very saddened by what happened yesterday afternoon. Raid has been keeping me sane through this whole covid thing (I am still stuck as I have lupus)  i started just under 2 months ago and was loving this game. Spent 170 dollars so far! Yikes! Anyway I trusted someone to play on my phone. They made a purchase. Please note I made two other purchases over the last two days as well. I went to ask for a refund on that one particular purchase right away. Within minutes I was banned. Now for the next week I have nothing. Nothing but pain and boredom to deal with. I spent a ton on money and was winning the arena tourney which I will lose now because of this. I contacted support yesterday to see if maybe I could get this lifted and get to play again but I dont think that will happen. Just thought I would try here.... thanks for reading.
