Lost account — Ipad no longer connects to longtime raid account, started me Over at beginning.

I have played Raid for many months on my IPad.  Just got Arbiter last week...our guild just cracked the NM CB over last weekend.  


Over the weekend, after the last update, my iPad no longer connected to my account, but to a brand new account I didn’t start or want. 


I have sent messages through the game support and numerous emails. No substantive response, just automated responses that don’t help.  It’s been three days already and I’m not just losing rewards, but even the gems I bought that come from daily logins....


Can anyone help me get my Account restored?  Any ideas ?

Still not working. 


Keep getting general comments offering help in future (noting high volume of challenges) but still can’t access account.  


Happy to give ticket numbers for tickets I have opened and that my clan leader did to try to help if that helps...

No help for 4 days — multiple tickets opened, lots of form email responses, no actual help.


Is my only remaining option to seek refunds and leave reviews ?

i am having the same problem.  Can no loner log into my account on iPad and getting no support.  hopefully we get an answer soon.

I'm trying to solve the same problem as well.The same situation and the same luck with you guys.I had to change my phone and then the game started again from the lvl 1.Anyone here to help?
