I have the same issue, after some days testing, I decided to register before doing any purchase, and my progress was lost... I did the sign up on my laptop, then I logged in in my phone, and now there is no way to retrieve my precedent data.

I am waiting for an answer from support...

After several not very useful automatic messages, I received an email saying that they would do their best to answer me in the next 24h. More than 24h later, I have no news yet.

I'm having a similar problem i don't remember my name but I have my order number for a purchase I had just made then I realized I hadn't connected my account case all my games uselly automatically connect. So I tried it and made me go start at the beginning. GPA.3310-8299-9935-90712 this is the order number if support would help me i would appreciate it.

same right here, I wanted to start linking my account to Apple and the game started all over again. I also did not link it to Plarium ID.

I have openeda Ticket , but don't get an answer. Ticket number 2019035 Player ID and name are on the ticket and you can also prove the link to the Apple ID via purchases.

Please solve the Problem.
