Account reset on 5.5.2020 Follow up on ticket 1891239
Hello,
I submitted a ticket on 5/5/2020 because my account was reset the morning patch 1.15 went live. I received a response on 5/6/2020 by Customer support employee, Andie, asking for more information regarding my problems but have not heard back since.
I have picture evidence of my account and can produce credit card statements verifying the authenticity of my claims.
Again, the morning of 5/5 my account was automatically logged out on both Plarium Play and my mobile account. I could not log in and had to reset my password. Upon resetting my password and logging in a new game was started.
The ongoing ticket number is 1891239. I just want to confirm my ticket is still open and being worked on. Please feel free to reach out to my email as indicated on the ticket. Thanks.
