My account progress has been lost.  I haven't logged in for several months due to extreme frustration with the Discord Moderators, but I felt the itch so I downloaded the game and logged in.

Basically, all of my progress has but altered.  My units are not the same, my name is different, my upgrades are all different, and my level is also different.  What are my options with this issue?
