Hi, I was banned this morning for refund abuse when I never refunded anything. I didn't make requests to refund. I can't login anymore and this really sucks because I invested a lot of time into the game. Banned until the end of the month. And due to being in quarentine, what the hell else is there to do? I only got three games and the other two are nothing compared to this for me. I've already submitted my ticket but this is just crazy to me...
