I am also facing the same issue , even I tried to delete and reinstall from Apple store still facing same. It was working fine previously and suddenly this thing is visible.

I feel stupid, just started playing this today.  Had a fun few hours, figured I’d give them $20AUD for one of the bundles... and now I cant login. 

Seems like a buggy game from the topics I’ve seen on here recently. 

I guess I should have researched more, but I feel like games should work, and that shouldn’t be something the end user has to research. 

Does this happen often? Should I just move on?  Ive been having fun, but I want to login and play when I want to play, you know?

Ive been playing for 6 months and to be fair to plarium, this is the first time this has happened.

This happened after the update, so I guess there was some issue that was not detected during the beta test of the patch, but this kind of error is a wrecking ball to their user base. Hope this will be resolved soon and that the compensation will be around 10 sacred shards and 4 million silver or something. 

Also having the same issue for over 7 hours now 

Same issue on PC, android and bluestacks. 2 Tickets into support, 1 answered with 'check you vpn' and the other is unanswered as of this post. Have done the same thing as everyone else. Guess it's a good thing I haven't gotten attached yet, cause it sounds like this is a regular thing...

DON'T do what I did and try to reinstall the game without having first created a Plarium ID in the game to connect it to an account!

I thought I had created an ID when I first started the game but I didn't and when I uninstalled the game I lost the account.

For those who have a Plarium ID for their account AND you know the account email and password then you can uninstall the game and reinstall and then log in with your Plarium ID and it should work fine. I can get into the game now but not on my original account. It started me over at the beginning so I am working with Support to try and find my original account. Support is VERY slow because of all the issues though. I've been out of the game for around 36hrs.

The support responses I have received (2) are pre-generated generic responses and not helpful for my situation. :(
