Cannot login for half a day now!

Hello. 

Since several hours ago, i cannot login in the game. It seems that many other users have this problem. What should i do? 


And please dont say delete and reinstall the game, because when i tried to link the plarium id a month ago, it did not work! If i delete it, i lose my progress, right?


I spent several hundred dollars on this account, and now i cannot log in? Wth? 


Can you help me, please?

Ok, my facebook WAS linked to the account, so i as able to reinstall the game.

But still a shitty, shitty patch update on your part, Plarium. I wonder what will happed to that accounts that were not linked...

I swear to God i wont ever spend a single fking cent anymore on this shit.

I cant log in either, I dk what email I had registered, it was facebook

I can't connect for the past 6 hours as well. The worst part is that even when I went to fill in the support form, the game is not even appear in the drop down list, and you can't file a support ticket if the userID and the game don't match!

I am having the same problem. It all started couple hours after the update. I can't log in for almost 24 hours now and the support is totally useless. They are just sending some automated answers which has nothing to do with the problem. I also can't delete and reinstall the game since i didn't link my account to either plarium or fb. I hope they fix it asap and compensate us for the lost daily rewards.

Same problem from Belgium, cant log for 4 hours now.

Already uninstall and reinstall the game but nothing changes...

Hope it will be fix soon.

Hope my facebook was linked.

Hope plarium compensate us for rewards.

I reinstalled the game, this solved the problem for about an hour, now the problem returns.


Seriously, Plarium should get this sorted quickly. I don't know if the next time I'll Uninstall it I will have the will to reinstall it again.

Additional aspect: I can't even start Plarium Play (desktop).

History: The game gave me the option to update, which I used. The game closed, and nothing else happened. After a few minutes I looked into Plarium Play, which just had the Launch button, no further indication about an update. I used that, the game started (or tried to - occasionally I have to close the game and start it again), and after a few tries it gave me the option to update. I tried this another time with the same result. After that I closed Plarium Play and restarted it (making sure there were no tasks running via task manager). Now it's stuck in the "MainWindow" (title of the task). I tried this several times now with the same result.


Edit:

Just a few minutes later, and everything works fine. After I once got a window with "Oops! Something went wrong." and a "Home" button that showed a HTTP-503 page for a split second and a few other restarts with the behaviour described above, Plarium Play started normally, required a new login (inconvenient, but definately acceptable :) ), made an update of the game and let it launch as usual. It keeps downloading something though, with slow progress.

It seems for with my approach it just takes a bit of time, or maybe some luck to contact the servers at the right moment. Hope this might help somebody.

Doesn't work in Canada neither (pc and mobile). Almost 10 hours now that I try to login.

Same  thought on my part. I was able to play on the client until it force logged for update, but have not been able to play on ANY device, on ANY account for almost 24 hours now. And still no response from my 2nd ticket, sent earlier this morning.

Hello, I play on three machines.  One of the three the polarium play doesn't work.  Crashes when I click to download Raid.   Rebooted, reinstalled 5X, checked my hardware and software.  Kinda stuck.  Playing on a Mac with plenty of storage, 16 gig of memory and a dedicated video card.  Please help.


The other 2 machines are fine.

I paly this game on an android samsung s7 as well as a windows 10 pc, all have latest updates for drivers and software as well as bios, the game will not boot on either and hangs at sign in or support which does not have the field needed for this game at all, I would like to get my daylies but have not been able to log in for over 8 hours now, is this something that they are working on or hope it will go away like a wet fart?? devs, saying something is better then nothing at all. as for measures, i have uninstalled the game, cleared the cache reinstalled and even uninstalled plarium play and reinstalled the games as well, p/s vikings war of clans runs so at least their devs are doing something right...

Yep same problem here in Michigan. It’s now May 8th at 4:20am and I haven’t been able to get past the load screen with the “Attention, unable to load part of the resources, check your internet connection and try again” My internet is just fine everyone else’s devices are working just fine. Just not this game. It’s bullshit they haven’t put out any info about this yet. Super frustrating missing out on daily rewards and daily quests and missions.

Hi! The same for Ukraine :) Just woke up to find this error with resources using desktop Plarium launcher. I found a solution and got into the game through BlueStaks emulator ( I think it works the same for other Android emulators ), but it is really annoying that I can't launch the game as I used to.
