Error screen

You may at sometimes login and then there's a sign that says error I was wondering how I could stop this

I got the same issue right after an update made yesterday on May 4th. 

Screenshot is the same. 


Loading bar showing "Loading Server Settings" --> "Login"

A smaller bar on top occurred showing "100% Waiting for response" 

And then the displayed error message appears on the screen. 

Seems to be a problem with the update? 


Please clarify and post how to fix it.

no I didn't reinstall. 

As of right now I suppose a software issue. 

Add. without login I haven't my Planarium / Raid account information.

Please find here the screenshots of the occurring error. 

The first one shows the loading bars. Normally one one is visible. Since the update there is above the second one and after that bar is at 100% the error message appears. 



The second screenshot showing the occurring error message. I think interesting is the message in small letters below the resign button. It seems to be like an error code. But I am not sure. 

In general it would be great to receive any feedback from plarium/raid officials. I mean I open a ticket at the support and also using this forum but  up to now no official feedback is available. This is the technical support forum of plarium does any official read this and responding? 

It would be nice if they take this issue seriously.

Had the same error message since last night and unable to open game. Sent a ticket to Support but no response yet.

TO EVERYONE ,  I went to the App store and there was an update available, I updated the game and the Error Screen was gone. 


I still lost my double exp card, Plarium should tell you that an update is available instead of showing that Error Screen, please fix that. Half day unable to play and wasted my double exp...

I’m experiencing the same issue, game won’t load and asks to relogin or contact support for the last 14 hrs, uninstalled game and reinstalled and issue still persists, followed all guidance from the stupid auto response to my raised ticket and nothing has helped

Error message is here as well. Submitted a ticket.

Game was crashing over and over. Sometimes mid battle, and sometimes just moving between tavern or opening events menu.

Attempted a reinstall, and received the error message:

“Unable to load part of the resources”

Support or re-login
