Your customer support is terrible. The worst I've seen from a mobile game.  Every in game ticket is met with an auto response and  that's they last you hear about it.  I've been trying to find out how I can recruit for my clan and trying discord but there were 40+ more recruiting posts in 6 hrs so it's impossible to recruit there.  One of my clan mates tried recruiting on global chat and was banned for a week with no warning now you cant reach anyone to try and get it fixed cause he didnt know that wasn't allowed.  You guys need to up your game if you want this to be a better game.  Oh and an actual reply for once would be great.
