Stolen account

As many people here, I lost my account. I have 47 level and spent a lot of money for this game.

Now after log-in I see 26 level account with russian nickname and currency.

Please just don't tell me that I should send support ticket, because I already send it TWICE and there is no reply from Plarium. 

I know my ID, I have proofs of Google payment and screenshots of my Vault, champions and results from dungeons and CB, but what should I do with it all if Plarium just ignores so many users?

Hey, thanks for reaching out. Sometimes it takes more than 2 days for support to get back to you depending on the amount of tickets they receive, but if you don't receive a reply, one thing to check is that the ticket doesn’t say resolved, if it does you will want to message into the same ticket for additional help. Support doesn’t check ticket that are resolved. Furthermore, here are a few tips of what to include in your message to help get this resolved faster.




Furthermore, the best things to include in your ticket with support to help them clear it up is




- ID of the account/exact nickname




- Payment screenshots (if player has any), the first and last payment would be best!




- Player's Email




- Proper description of the issue




Other info they will ask for themselves if needed

Thank you, Weekendwarrior.

I send first ticket 5 days ago and it got "resolved" automatically with automatic reply from Plarium.

Second ticket from today also got only automatic reply from Plarium, but it's a little more longer so maybe they will help.


Those massive hacking attacks looks like organised action...
